Does The Process Cloud™ have the same features as the IBM Business Process Manager (IBM BPM) on premise?

A Process Participant is an end user of The Process Cloud™ who uses the BPM solution only in the production environment or has a test role to fulfill in the acceptation environment. The client needs to purchase separate access rights for every unique Process Participant who gains access to The Process Cloud™ (directly as well as indirectly, using whatever means).

What parameters determine the price of The Process Cloud™?

The following parameters collectively determine the price for The Process Cloud™:

 

  • The Process Cloud™ – Process Participant

  • The Process Cloud™ – Admin User

  • The Process Cloud™ – Process

What is a Process Participant?

A Process Participant is an end user of The Process Cloud™ who uses the BPM solution only in the production environment or has a test role to fulfill in the acceptation environment. The client needs to purchase separate access rights for every unique Process Participant who gains access to The Process Cloud™ (directly as well as indirectly, using whatever means).

What is an Admin User?

An Admin User has access to all environments (DTAP) within The Process Cloud™. As such, the Admin User can execute any necessary maintenance or development activities. The client needs to purchase separate access rights for the maximum amount of Admin Users that gain access to The Process Cloud™ (directly as well as indirectly, using whatever means).

What is a Process?

A single process is defined as every instance of an executable service, BPD, an indicated URL or a specified web service within the context of IBM BPM.

What are the key benefits of using The Process Cloud™?

Operational support

 

Operational support is offered for businesses that want to develop their own process applications and toolkits or when configuration support is needed. Operational support does not include problems with The Process Cloud™ itself. These are covered by technical support. The following examples are the types of issues covered by operational support:

 

  • Request system log files

  • Configuration requests for VPN access to a client backend system

     

Operational support is provided between 8:00 am and 5pm Dutch time, from Monday to Friday (not during Dutch public holidays). Where can i find the Terms and Conditions and Service Level Agreement (SLA)?

The service level agreement (SLA) forms part of the The Process Cloud™ user conditions. You-Get makes a reasonable effort to achieve 100% availability of the The Process Cloud™, excluding planned maintenance. You can find the user conditions with the SLA here.
